Father’s Day is on Sunday 19th June. Back in March, I wrote a post for Father’s about what Mother’s really want for Mother’s Day so it seems only fair that I write a post about how to treat all those lovely Father’s too. I don’t know about you but I find the other half in my life extremely difficult to buy for and often end up in a last minute panic trying to find something that he really wants and/or needs. This year, with the help of our three boys, I have been uber-organised and compiled a list of presents to choose from that will definitely tick all of the boxes. The ideas in this post span a range of prices so hopefully there is something for everyone and you might find a bit of inspiration:
Father’s Day Gift List
Photo Acrylic Block – Photobox From £25.00
Choose a lovely picture of the Father you are buying for with his kids and Photobox will turn it into a really lovely acrylic block. My other half has two of them and keeps them on his desk at work. They look really modern and stylish and will make a brilliant gift for Father’s Day with a personal touch.
GoPro Hero4: Silver Edition Camcorder, HD 1080p, 12MP, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Waterproof, Touch Screen – John Lewis £289
Ok, I admit, this one is a bit of a Father’s Day budget buster but if you are looking to splash some cash and have a sports-mad Father to buy for then this is just the thing. He can capture all his sporting prowess in full HD glory and with a built in touch-screen, WIFI and Bluetooth it is sure to appeal to the gadget lover in him too!
Three Month Friday Night Curry Subscription – Not On The High Street £20
Is there a curry mad Father in your life? Or a keen wannabe chef? Then this is the gift for him. Each box is delivered through your letterbox and will contain all of the fresh spices and recipes needed to create a delicious and unusual curry. It also includes the ingredients needed to make side dishes such as chutney’s, salads, rice and bread. All that’s left to do is to argue about whose turn it is to do the washing up.
Introductory Flying Lesson – Virgin Experience Days £129
Are you looking for something a bit different for Father’s Day? Why not try one of the Virgin Experience Days – there are loads to choose from but this Introductory Flying Lesson really caught my eye. Perfect for adrenaline junkies and Top Gun enthusiasts!
Craft Beer Box – Best of British Beer £38.95
Craft Beer popularity is on the rise so if you are buying for a Father who enjoys a pint or two then this might be right up his street. This box comes with 15 different craft beers and lagers from different UK breweries for him to try – hopefully not all at once though!
What do you think of my Father’s Day gift list?

Until next time lovelies

Those are some great ideas. I mostly like personalised stuff, so the Photo Acrylic Block is my favourite <3

Lovely ideas! I like personalised stuff but I think I’ve already covered all the bases with last year’s first Father’s Day and first birthday & Christmas as a Daddy so might have to be a bit boring this year!! #fortheloveofBLOG
My other half is so hard to buy for, especially as his Scottish roots make him very careful with money, so even if he likes something, if he thinks it cost too much he won’t enjoy it! He does like craft beer though, and this seems a good buy. #fortheloveofBLOG

Thank you for this. This is very useful – I love the photo block. I was just going to give Father a smile for his first Father’s day but I may get him something a little more now 😉 x #fortheloveofBLOG

I secretly took the children to have a professional photograph taken of the two of them together for the first time. Hoping to order something fab from Photobox to have it printed onto!! Also bought a ticket for the boxing although that is tomorrow so he gets to enjoy that a bit early! #fortheloveofBLOG xx

Ooh you are organised! Lucky Daddy 🙂 x
I got husb one of the acrylic blocks last year and he loves it. I also made him a son and daddy photo book with all their special moments and I’ve made another this year. #fortheloveofBLOG

Some great ideas here! I did a photo block last year and I was planning on updating that every year. I like the curry idea too! I feel like I would come off quite well!

Craft beer is a great idea as my OH has just developed a love of this. I don’t really believe in Father’s Day though !
I can remember both my my dad and my father in law saying they didn’t want anything for Father’s Day. I thought they were joking (although I myself don’t really like birthday nad Christmas presents either!) But, as a dad now, I get it, I just want a card they kids have made and a big cuddle off each of them.
Having said that, seeing the GoPro on here has got me thinking I might trade a cuddle off the snottiest one for that…
Thanks for sharing and for the link #fortheloveofBLOG
Is this coming up already again! lol – The flying lesson looks good.. thats for the heads up! #fortheloveofBLOG

Great ideas, quite fancy the flying lessons myself! #fortheloveofBLOG

You are very organised, thank you for the inspiration, I always tend to leave it to the last minute, so it’s good to get some ideas in advance. #fortheloveofBLOG
Well given that my ex completely forgot to get anything for me from the kids, I may just forget about Father’s Day… But then again, I’m a nice person, so I probably will get something! Perhaps not quite stretching to the Go-Pro (although an awesome pressie, I’d love one myself). The acrylic photo block is lovely.
#fortheloveofBLOG
Really good ideas. NW would LOVE a Go-Pro (the battery in his has swelled and perished, to his dismay) but I can’t afford it so might consider the photo block. I got him a craft beer selection for Christmas and it went down pretty well! #fortheloveofblog

This looks like a great list! If only the GoPro wasn’t so expensive. I think my husband would be fond of one of those. The Best Of Beer looks quite nice as well. Honestly I usually just make a big dinner of his favorite meal. Has become a tradition because it takes about 6 hours to make. Thanks for sharing!#ForTheLoveOfBlog
I think my hubby would most like the beer box lol #fortheloveofBLOG

Some great ideas. I’m planning on doing a fathers day gift guide and the curry subscription will definitely be on there – I bought a 3 month subscription for my husband about 18 month ago and we keep extending the subscription as its so good! #fortheloveofblog

Some lovely gifts here- the curry subscription would be something that my OH would love to eat (but would probably expect me to cook) and my own dad would be happy with the craft beers. What a varied selection! I love personalised gifts, so the photo block is definitely something I will be getting in the future for my OH’s desk. I’ve planned a gift guide but it’s looking a bit cheap now! I love these gift ideas!

great ideas here. We love making curries but it can take a while to get all the spices and there is always something missing! A curry subscription sounds like a great idea. #fortheloveofBLOG

Lovely gift ideas – someone got us the curry subscription for a Christmas present and it was brilliant cause it was like having a date night at home xx #fortheloveofBLOG
Ooh I love the photo block. I actually have the Photobox app so may look into this (mostly for home decor actually rather than Father’s Day but I suppose I could combine the two!) 🙂 #fortheloveofBLOG

Ooh, love your ideas. My husband has always wanted Scuba diving lessons, so that’s something I’m going to have to gift him at some point (they are very pricey though)!
Here in NZ we don’t celebrate Fathers’ Day until September, so I’ve got plenty of time up my sleeve. Definitely a good idea to get organised early though, I hate last minute shopping!

I bet Scuba diving in NZ would be amazing! x
